Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zyzo AI for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the service materials
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Refunds and cancellations

All add on credits purchases are non refundable and expire in 365 days from the date of purchase.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate information

Limitation of Liability

Zyzo AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Gujarat, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
